Update List Page Error

Hi,

 

Does anybody have a copy of the latest Windows 8.1 x64 that they can either PM me or email or upload to a file hosting service?

 

Have beenn trying for days now to access the Upate Lists page over at windowsupdatesdownloader.com, but have been constantly getting the following message:

 

Server Error in '/' Application. A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.)

 

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
