cooldownguy86 Posted April 1, 2004 Share Posted April 1, 2004 i'm making a start.cmd batch file.erm...i'm a noob...totally a newbie...just started 2 learn about unattended windows today. i wanna ask... normally.....an application will install to the default path, which is c:\program files\... how 2 change it to e:\program files? i don't 1 to change my windows default program files path. just want my applications to install in e:\program files.e.g. i want norton antivirus to install in e:\program files instead of c:\program files.any idea? You would need to change this on a case by case basis, as each installation is unique. There are also some applications that do not allow this option.
