Revert Right click changes of 8.1 Update 1?

When using a mouse in 8.1, since the spring update, you get this new menu:

 

 

Because I use the original Windows 8 RP theme I have the issue that this menu is not shown.

 

 

On my Tablet, when using touch I still see the old way:

 

 

So it is possible to invoke this old menu even with using a mouse?

I haven't find a correct solution to use the App Bar insted of context menu when you right click but you can use space bar on your keyboard.

Go to start, press space and now select the tile you want, this show the app bar for the first tile but you can select the tile you want

I know that it's not a "real" solution but it works so....
