Seagate ES-2 Drive LBA Reallocation and Bad Sectors

While working on Seagate ES-2 drive when connected to terminal the 

Initiate mark pending reallocate request for disc lba :004AAF2

Initiate mark pending reallocate request for disc lba :004AAF3

Initiate mark pending reallocate request for disc lba :004AAF4

Initiate mark pending reallocate request for disc lba :004AAF5

................................................................................................

................................................................................................

so on...

then i stop that after pressing Crtl Z and the F3T terminal appeared.

Then run following commands

F"RWRecoveryFlags",00,22

F"BGMSFlags",00,22

F"PerformanceFlags",043C,22

F"ReadRetries",00,22

then when prompt (F3T) appeared disconnect the drive and erased with MHDD to remove bad sectors. The drive completed with erasing however when i checked again its health is around 30%. INstead of clear smart and G list. Might have more bad sectors. 

Pls. advice solution and how can i remove these bad sectors?

Well i tried many commands like

m0,2,2,,,,,22

m0,5,3,10,3,,,22

m0,5,1,10,3,,,22

but bad sectors not removed.
