Display background image during device installation?

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out how to display a background while Windows Mini-Setup is installing device drivers during an unattend installation.

 

At work we have a background displayed while device drivers are being installing saying something like "Please wait while Mini-Setup is preparing Windows" - and I believe this is achieved with a setting on the WDS server. But how can I set this up manually? (Im currently developing a custom deployment system for home use and it would be nice if this was achievable without using WDS.
