Sponsor messenger storage is full

Seems to be a problem with my PM box. As a Supreme Sponsor I should have space for 300 messages, but on the left side of my PM box I see the following:

Your messenger storage

100% of your quota (75 messages)

[bphlpt]

Seems you have been "demoted" to merely a Sponsor.
