[HELP] Aero Glass THEME

So pretty much I am trying to make a theme based off the Aero Glass atlas. I have created the msstyles by using Resource Hacker and have encountered some problems after compiling the msstyles. Firstly, I have replace the default aero.msstyles by using 'Take Ownership'. If anyone knows how to make the files independent please post it here. So my problem is when I use the theme it shows no icon on the maximize button but minimize still shows. Also when I hover over the middle button the bottom black line texture disappears.

Atlas files are in the download section, they consist of the default and modified versions. These are the one in aero.msstyles - STREAM:977:1033
