Printing on different user names

Hi all,

I am having a little printing problem. I can't print when I am logged on to my username. I can, however, print when I log on to a different username. Nothing is networked or anything; it's just a printer directly connected to the computer. And there aren't any administration settings on the username that can print, or at least not any more than is on my name. Thanks in advance for any help.

does the printer show on your username? and is your username in the admin group?

I'm not sure. How do I know if it is in the admin group? And yes the printer shows up on my username.
