bayger Posted March 19, 2004 Posted March 19, 2004 Is there any software that allow controlling bandwidth of TCP/IP network traffic (eg. sending packets to 192.168.0.3 at speed 4000kbps, to 192.168.0.2 at 10Mbps and so on)? I know about BandwidthController... is there anything else for Windows Server 2003?
