I was thinking is it possible somehow to install extra updates into windows under windows installation.

And if this is possible i have the silent install switch but i need to know where in the mount install.wim i must look.

No not there

You can install them by integrating into the .wim or either a post install after windows finishes installing. Of course there is Audit mode also
