when i create a "Menu démarrer" folder, i got a "Menu DÚmarrer"

someone knows how to bypass the pb ?

when I create the menu démarrer it becomes when you write even when using runonecex.cmd

You must put the name of "start menu" in Wordpad ans save as MSDOS Format.

TRanslate in french :

Tu dois mettre "menu démarrer" dans Wordpad et enrengistre au format MSDOS
