Well, I decided to try out gosh's methed of putting Longhorn on my multios DVD but have come across a problem. Whenever I try to boot from it (I use cdshell), I get "NTDETECT FAILED." I'm not exactly sure what the problem is. Here's a small directory structure of mine:

AIO-DVD\

--Boot <- cdshell boot folder

--LONG <-Longhorn boot folder

--sources <-Longhorn sources folder

winbom.ini

LONG.DAT

Well, I assume winbom.ini has to be in the root folder, so I added it there. I edited setupldr.bin to point at LONG instead of i386. I then edited the LONG.DAT to point from i386 to LONG. I replaced all instances of i386 to LONG. I'm not sure what the problem is. Anyone have any thoughts?
