SSD Optimize

What do I do? I accidently ran optimize a few times on the SSD. Should I turn it on or leave it off? Did I hurt anything if it's bad?

My guess is that it uses TRIM, etc and it's actually not bad?

The defag from Windows 8 only sends a TRIM to the SSD.
