NTVDM slowing startup

I was looking in the performance information on my tablet and it said that ntvdm.exe was slowing down the boot time of the tablet. Is there any way to tell which device or driver needs this to run at startup?

Do a xbootmgr boot trace and look at the Process Lifetime graph which other tools run at this time.
