Adding domain Users when just joind domain?

I run XPlode to set the ip address of the workstation then join the domain (using netdom) is there a way to check if the computer account has replicated on the DC's as i get error trying to add Domain user accounts to the workstation untill the computer account has replicated or do you know of another way?
