Outlook and Microsoft Office Outlook 2013

I currently have Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 (build 2600) with a 2007 Microsoft Office system Version 12.0.4518.1014.

I wish to upgrade my Microsoft Outlook to Outlook 2010 or 2013.

Is this feasible in regard to compatibility? (I want to stay with XP and Office 2007 for as long as possible)
