QFE installer error

I have incorporated several hotfixes into my XP sp1 slipstreamed installation CD. Some of these fixes install ok but 7 generate the following error:

QFE installer error

WEupdate cannot retrieve information needed for setup from database. Setup cannot continue.

The fixes that generate the error are:

330994, 818696, 823182, 824105, 824141, 825119, 828035.
