Problem with Seagate ST31000528AS CC46 firmware

Hello, everyone.

I have this Seagate model ST31000528AS CC46 with BSY issue.

I've run the CD with the new firmware CC49 (no success) and I used the HyperTerminal (did success).

However, the drive is still not detected.

Should I use the twezzers on my pcb?

I'm displaying the pcb schematics so please anyone give me a hand!!
