Normally you just boot of the DVD by either pressing a boot selector key (look for a prompt) or go into the BIOS and change the boot order so that your DVD drive is first. Once booted from the DVD, just follow the onscreen instructions.

Can you tell us if you plan on doing a clean install or an upgrade (I notice you have XP Home as your OS)?

Do you have all your important data backed up to a separate physical disk?
