straight to recovery console - multiboot option

1. download: http://www.markharding.com/xp_recovery_cd/recovery.iso [i used winimage]

2. extract and add those files to VOL1 folder [gosh's reducing source method]

3. hexedit setupldr.bin to change i386 to VOL1

now in virtualpc/vmware it doesnot boot straight to recovery console. can someone test it on a real computer
