nLite newbie help...

I am a newbie to nLite. I am trying to update an automated installation of XP SP3. My goal is to add a few drivers and IE8. The current drivers are fine for all of our desktop systems except for what we call our business user machines. I have added the driver (.INF) files, but they do not get installed... After the OS installation a yellow icon shows up for the network and audio drivers. I have also added the IE8 .exe file (IE8-WindowsXP-KB2586448-x86-ENU.exe) but it doesn't install either.

Any help/insight will be greatly appreciated.
