Introwiz.exe & Norton Internet Security 2003

Well, currently, I have Norton internet security 2003 on my unattended cd, but when I boot up (after runonceex and on the desktop) it gives me an error, saying "Microsoft Visual C++ RunTime Library"(Title of prompt) and in the message area, it says

runtime error!

Program:...Files\Norton Internet security Professional\Introwiz.exe

abnormal Program termination

The thing is, this prompt managed to stop the shutdown/reboot command.

Is there a way I could kill it off safely and guarenteed? Thanks in advance.
