Script to find and document unlinked GPO objects

I am wondering if anyone knows how to go about:

1) Enumerating a list of all unlinked Group Policy Objects in Active Directory.

2) Obtaining their names/SIDs from AD and SYSVOL to cleanup these unused policies.
