There's 2 updates I haven't gotten to. Adobe Flash 10.3.183.10 and WindowsXP-KB2616676-v2-x86-ENU.exe (replaces WindowsXP-KB2524375-x86-ENU.exe, WindowsXP-KB2607712-x86-ENU.exe and WindowsXP-KB2616676-x86-ENU.exe)

I am a newbie at this. Can I add the missing microsoft update? WindowsXP-KB2616676-x86-ENU.exe is missing which breaks the UDC-09.13.11.bat

I finally got around to updating the page and script. You can download the new script, place the 3 files (7za.exe, UDC-09.21.11.bat and wget.exe) in your updates folder and run the new script or you can do it manually.
