Nabel Posted August 19, 2011 Posted August 19, 2011 Hi!I'm looking for a solution to hide Lenovos Power Manager gauge in windows task bar.I'm deploying a big numer of computers and I don't want to change it manually on every computer, what I want is a way to disable it through windows registry or a config file. I still want the program running in the background and if a user want it shown he can "unhide" it.Regards,Nabel
allen2 Posted August 19, 2011 Posted August 19, 2011 Use regshot:- shot registry (1st ) before applying the setting manually on one computer.- apply manually the setting.- shot registry (2nd) and compare. This way you'll see which keys were modified.

Nabel Posted August 22, 2011 Author Posted August 22, 2011 I found the application in Microsofts "System Configuration" under the Startup tab, and disabeld it. Now I can see an empty battery in the task bar after a boot.
