WinXP With Updates Using C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution

Featured Replies

Is it possible to Intergrate Updates using C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download with nLite?

I am trying to setup an XP Pro installation disc with these updates. I want to do this every 6 or 12 months for my home pc.

No you cant but you can download and run my UDC script @ http://xdot.tk/updates.html and it will download all the needed updates/add-ons for you.

Hi HoseHead78 !

I notice that all the update file names as contained in UDC-08.09.11.bat are in English!

-> so am I right that they will be in Traditional Chinese if I replace all the file names ended with "-ENU" to file name ended with "-CHH" ?

-> e.g change "WindowsXP-KB975254-x86-ENU.exe" to "WindowsXP-KB975254-x86-CHH.exe"

-> and keep all those files which do not contain "-ENU" UNCHANGED?

Thanks for any kind of help!

You mean in the script? No, the URLs will be completely different for CHH.
