scott45333
I installed windows on one partition in audit mode and sysprepped after getting everything install. Rebooted into my main OS and captured the wim withimagex /compress maximum /flags Ultimate /capture F:\ \captured\install.wim "Windows 7 ULTIMATE" "Windows 7 ULTIMATE" /checkI keep getting this errorThe thing I can't figure out is my captured OS is installed on my F drive. My main is on C drive. I have the ISO in C:\W7\ISO, the capture folder is on my C drive and the DVD folder is C:\W7\DVD. I created the ISO using WAIK. I can't figure out way I keep getting a D drive error. I am testing in VMWare. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. And I am using NAOS as my primary, so the D drive is the 100 Mb System Reserve. Edited June 17, 2011 by scott45333
nice_guy75
D: is your dvd drive of VMware. I guess you have some problem in your install.wim. You better capture your wim once again.
scott45333
I get the same error if I try to do a clean install on a new partition of the computer itself, not just in VMWare.
nice_guy75
I get the same error if I try to do a clean install on a new partition of the computer itself, not just in VMWare. That is because your install.wim is corrupted. As I told that you need to capture your wim once again. Can you provide your wim info?
