Irritating Problem while try install Windows xp

well, since several months ago & still trying to install Windows XP but I cant get farther the blue screen

some hardware specifications:

Sony Vaio vgn-fj78c (chinese)

hdd: Toshiba MK8032GSX

512 Mo RAM , Processor: Intel M 1.99 Ghz

I'am on windows Vista only god knows how slow it is! wow, so I wanted to get back to XP , most of guys are going to advice me changing HDD boot mode, my bad I cant because of The Phoenix Bios lack of this option & its too basic

Google says your HDD is a SATA disk, and error 0x7B also points to the fact that you need a SATA driver, which is not included in XP. Now, I presume you don't have a floppy on your PC, so you have to add the appropriate SATA driver to the XP installation.
