xmf Posted June 4, 2011 Posted June 4, 2011 (edited) In general, many emails sent to this address are received on the laptop, but not all. Outlook Express is also installed on a desktop (using the same account) and the problem doesn't seem to be occurring there at all.I came across THIS thread, and thought I found a solution in it, but both computers are already set to leave a copy of messages on server.TIA Edited June 4, 2011 by xmf
xmf Posted June 7, 2011 Author Posted June 7, 2011 No, I believe it's verizon (not my account, I'm helping a friend).
Guest Posted June 7, 2011 Posted June 7, 2011 OK, it's been a while since I've used OE but I remember there is a file in the store folder that controls where OE last left off in downloading emails. If you were to backup your store folder and then delete it's contents then it should download all the emails. You can find this folder my going into options, maintenance, store folder.
