can't assign macros to some keyboard buttons

I have five numbers on my keyboard, number from 1 to 5.

I'm using IntelliType Pro trying to assign macros to these keys, but I can't. When I select any of these keys the "Assign/Manage Macro..." button gets grey (disabled).

Is there another way to do it?
