Hotfx integration failing

I've tried slip-streaming just a few hotfixes with SP3 integration using the latest nLite. When booting from the ISO, I get this message- "This operation could not be completed" that message blinks for just a nanosecond after I see the Setup is being restarted (attached) Then the computer reboots and does the same thing over and over...

I downloaded all of the hotfixes for May 2009 (from catalog.update.microsoft.com) and just applied them along with the slipstreamed SP3

Did I miss something on how to properly install/integrate the hotfixes?

I also tested, SP3 slipstreamed by itself works great! But I'm looking to add more updates/hotfixes to speed up the total time it takes to install XP.

Any help and tips would be appreciated

Probably an unsupported file that you downloaded. I recommend you go to my site http://xdot.tk/updates.html and let the UDC tool download all the proper updates and only use those.
