Does reinstalling Windows7 consuming number of licensees

I've just got a family pack discs for Windows7, 32 & 64 bits

It is for 3 PCs

The question is: does reinstalling Windows 7 on the same computer from time to time consuming the number of licensees !?

or it is ok to reinstall it?

No - if the hardware has not changed, the hash built by the product key and hardware should match the previous activation, and not count. This would change if you were using a MAK volume license key or an OEM product key, but not a retail product key from something like a family pack purchased from a store (either online or off).
