AHCI w/WindowsXP caused error 18

Windows installation stopped ahter driver floppy was read. File\x86\ahcix86.sys caused an error )18) at line 2108 in D:\xpsp1\base\boot\setup\oemdisk.c. Enter to continue, and there you get F3 to quit. When setup starts and I press F6 setup continues to load files.

I have a Gigabyte GA-MA78LM-S2H v1.1 4GB ram three sata drives on native IDE.

Changed keyboard from USB to PS/2, still skips F6. Reformatted the drive, no help.
