Drivers integration question

I am new to nLite and I started preparation of all-in-one Win XP installation disk for few computers I maintain and I need to check one thing with you guys around here. I want to include all drivers in this future disk but I am not sure whether all drivers will be copied in System32 or just those needed for computer where installation is performed. I would prefere the latter option. If it's not possible with plain integration in nLite, is there any fairly easy way to make such install method?

The use of nLite is only allowed for private purposes.

Now to your specific question:

Windows XP Setup will only accept and install drivers for hardware devices, which are really present.
