Grem41
I looking to get Win98 Gold working with my system with a Netgear USB adapter WG111v3 and a Netgear WG511v2 router for Broadband access with Firefox 3.6.9 After researching the web I downloaded Kernel-Ex4.5-Final, with the associated unicows.exe program that it needed to see before it installed. This I assumed would get me the functionality for the following programs to work.1. WG111v3 drivers version 1.1 from the Netgear Installation CD2. Mozilla Firefox folders copied over from an XP systemI followed this link to the letterhttp://www.metacafe.com/watch/yt-jJrHlwwm5CA/firefox_3_6_runs_on_windows_98_with_kernelex/All I got this error message "The XUL.DLL file is linked to missing export OLEAUT32.DLL :77" when I started Firefox. Also the Netgear CD reported “The Autorun.exe file is linked to missing export WININET.DLL : InternetSetStatusCallbackW”.Any assistance appreciated.
