integrating DirectX

Featured Replies

Hi.

I'm trying to integrate/slipstream DirectX June 2010.

One way is to add all DirectX files to DVD and start "dxsetup.exe /SILENT" automatically at the end of the installation.

But it's 100 MB...

I don't see the point keeping all the dll's that are not installed or keeping x64 files for the x86 version.

I noticed that there are several DirectX addons for Nlite who are very small in size (12..15 MB). For example these:

They contain a exe file that can be added in RT7Lite's interface.

But the question is: do they install well in Windows 7 also or only in Windows XP...?

Thank you for any reply.

Best regards, John.
