You can see this one inside the folder I386 and the name is WINNT.SIF.

You can open the file with Notepad!

asadraza5, what do you mean by the unattended file? Many files are created/altered when running nLite. If you are talking about the Last Session.ini file, it is stored in your source folder (unless you select the option to suppress) and is always stored in the Preset folder in the nLite folder of the Program Files folder. winnt.sif in the I386 directory is the file i was looking for.
