Phone dialer worked under XP Pro

Here some more info.

Proper hardware connections are working O.K. as my fax modem works

great.

Program worked fine under XP Pro, it should also work under the Home Edition.

Program name is phonebk.exe

No errors of any kind starting nor are there any entries in the event viewer.

If you can't help, is there another group that you would recommend?
