install windows 7 to the partition where an old system is installed

Hi, i am wondering is there any way to install a new unattended windows 7 only to the partition where an old windows is installed ( i am referring that it detects automatically the partition where an old system windows is installed, then format only that partition and install a new windows 7 in that partition and left intact the others partitons on the same disk)

An unattended xml file with answers to delete the systempartition and format it is possible.

I don´t know how to use unattended.xml to check the partition where the windows is installed, may be the first or the second .... I don´t want to wipe the whole disk nor to create partitions, only i want to install the unattended on the partition where an old system is installed.

I think it needs a script to check the partition during the pass PE?

Inside your "Autounattend.xml" file you can add:

All Disks will be displayed and you can choose the one you want erase.
