automate ip and port settings in internet options

I want to set my proxy and port as well as uncheck automatically detect settings in internet options. How can i do this?

nLite wont do it but you can manually edit winnt.sif before you burn the ISO. Have a look at SUPPORT\TOOLS\DEPLOY.CAB, ref.chm, [Proxy]
