Delete Help icon in Start Menu

On a fresh install of 98SE tweaked out with the latest Revolution 9, Kernelex, and 98SE2ME, I have discovered that the Help icon in the Start Menu can't be deleted with NoHelp or NoSMHelp Dwords in the registry. Other suggestions?

I agree that Windows Help is notoriousely useless.

The solution, for me at least, was to install option 3 of 98SE2ME. That may or may not drop the icon by itself, but it definitely drops it in combination with the registry instructions.
