Rafadecai, if you want to inject it directly using DISM, then extract (I used 7-Zip) the .exe file you DLed and then place the .cab file with the same name as the .exe file in with your other updates. Enjoy, John.

run the IE setup with /X:C:\temp and extract the files to C:\temp. Now use DISM to integrate the extracted MSU file.
