carpediemartis Posted September 17, 2010 Posted September 17, 2010 I have Windows Vista Home Premium SP2. When I access my e-mails (both tiscali and libero and others...) and I try to download attached files (.doc, .xls, .jpg and others) either to open them or to save them, appears the screen "Downloader....." but nothing happens...There is always the "moving" icon of the folder, and nothing else...What can I do ?Obviously, accessing same e-mails form other desktops or laptops (with Windows XP), there aren't problems....
