That silent switch in nlite addon maker in office2003

i managed to get the tutorial right to the end using this guide below and had it tested in vmare

now i know i must put it in a folder eg . new folder

then right click and use nlite addon maker

but at the bottom, which silent parameter command do i use to make an addon or can i just use the makecab command??
