Win API info

I am a programmer who uses assembly.

I can find info about SHDeleteKey at MSDN, but it isn't in my 2003 help files.

Is it newer than 2003?

Is there a place at msfn that lists the dates when the various API were created?

Alas MS dumped all information about older window versions. My MSDN Library April 2001 says about SHDeleteKey:

Windows NT/2000: Requires Windows 2000 (or Windows NT 4.0 with Internet Explorer 4.0 or later). Windows 95/98/Me: Requires Windows 98 (or Windows 95 with Internet Explorer 4.0 or later)
