can I have installed Office 2003 in English language and in one other language at the same time at the same system?

or can I switch between them easily?

Yes you can.

Install office, then your MUI / LIP and switch languages with:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\SETLANG.EXE

Or did you have something else in mind?
