K-meleon: Opera Alternative?

Someone in the Opera Desktop forum said, "K-meleon is a good alternative for those unable to run Opera on older versions of Windows."

K-Meleon 1.5.4 is based on Gecko 1.8.1.24pre.

Just like other Gecko 1.8.1.xx based browsers, they are good but outdated.
