reinstall media center

Is there any way of reinstalling media center in windows 7 ( files are missing) without having to reinstall all of windows 7 home premium

You can try this it may help you Go Control Panel Programs Turn Windows features on or off Then Media features Click on the + Then uncheck windows media center to uninstall it and click OK and when done then put Check back to reinstall it
