Reinstalling removed Win7 components

Quick question, and I didn't see anything about it in particular -- if I do an install off of a vlite Windows 7 CD where a component such as Windows Search is removed, is it at all possible to reinstall it in the OS later? I hadn't realized removing it doesn't allow you to use 'classic' style search anymore, and already set up my system, pretty much, and I don't really have time to redo it again.

if it were me idd create a new disk with the coponents you want and do an upgrade install
