zeezam
Is it possible with powershell or cmd to automatically install windows updates on first logon in windows 7 after os install? It would be very nice to automate the Start > update > install process on my images. Is there any options for this? I have tried google commands but can't find anything.
grabben
Possible for a batchscript to run directly after install or after first logon, but why not integrate them to image directly ? If you'r only using one edition.
cluberti
It's been discussed here recently, in fact. Before install, and after.
zeezam
Possible for a batchscript to run directly after install or after first logon, but why not integrate them to image directly ? If you'r only using one edition.Because I have 6 different images on my WDS server with different unattend.xml and many different hardware on the computers I install to so I have to install updates and drivers after windows 7 installation is complete. I have five or six scripts I run after first logon and it would be nice to add more...I have a WSUS server, can I force to install from that one with a command? What program do you use to download updates with?
